Mustafa Moussa joined Alghanim Industries in May 2025, where he leads the group’s marketing and communications functions, with a focus on advancing marketing excellence, fostering collaboration, ensuring consistent brand positioning, and strengthening market research and customer analytics capabilities to deliver greater value to customers.
Mustafa brings 30 years of marketing and commercial experience across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, having held leadership roles at PepsiCo, Al-Futtaim, Procter & Gamble, Americana, and AlSafi Danone. He has developed significant expertise in designing and executing comprehensive marketing and commercial strategies that integrate data-driven insights with compelling storytelling to build brand loyalty and deliver results. Mustafa served as Group Chief Marketing Officer at Al-Futtaim Group, where he accelerated the company’s digital transformation efforts while building various brands. In his most recent role, he was the Strategic Global Lead for PepsiCo, where he led a global pilot to develop a new franchise business model.
Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from The American University in Cairo.
