Jesper Berg joined Alghanim Industries in May 2025, where he leads the human resources function across the organization, enhancing the recruitment, development, and engagement of talent, while shaping a people-centric culture that supports the company’s growth ambitions.

Jesper brings 30 years of global HR experience from leading international companies, including General Motors, Electrolux, ABB Asea Brown Boveri, and Philip Morris International. Throughout his career, he has built and led best-in-class HR organizations closely aligned with business objectives, with deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and leadership pipelines. As Senior Vice President and Global Division Head of HR at ABB, Jesper oversaw talent processes for a global workforce of 60,000 employees. More recently, as Global Head of People & Culture for Enabling Functions at Philip Morris International, he supported a company of 82,000 employees worldwide.

Jesper holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources and organizational development from Lund University, Sweden.
