Alghanim Industries, (Kutayba Alghanim Group), one of the largest privately-owned companies in the region, proudly announced the launch of the third cohort for the Alghanim Industries Academy. This initiative marks a continued commitment to fostering the careers of young Kuwaiti graduates in various business sectors.

This year, the Academy welcomes 60 promising graduates from diverse academic backgrounds including information technology, engineering, marketing, finance, accounting, and human resources. These talented individuals were selected from a pool of over 800 applicants during a comprehensive recruitment day in October, highlighting the program's competitive edge and appeal.

The Alghanim Industries Academy is uniquely designed to bridge the gap between academic study and professional practice. It provides an intensive, immersive training experience across the company’s multifaceted business units. Each recruit is paired with an experienced mentor, offering personalized guidance and support, ensuring a strong foundation in their career journey.

The training encompasses a broad spectrum of sectors under Alghanim Industries, ranging from automotive to engineering, retail, and food & beverages, reflecting the company's diverse business interests.
