Kuwait City, Kuwait: Alghanim Industries, one of the largest private companies in the region, announced that it will participate in the 36^th annual conference of the National Union of Kuwaiti Students (NUKS) USA branch. The conference is set to take place from 28 November to 1 December in San Diego, California under the patronage of Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah. This is Alghanim Industries’ 12^th year to sponsor this annual event.

This year’s student-led conference, which carries the slogan “A Productive Generation for a Giving Nation,” will feature an array of informative panel discussions covering topics relevant to Kuwaiti youth including sports, society, and the economy. Speakers will include human rights activist and journalist, Arwa Al Waqayan; media presenter, Ammar Taqi; athlete and Olympic champion, Fehaid Al Daihani; Kuwaiti entrepreneur and Talabat Co-Founder Abdulaziz Al Loughani; Undersecretary of Technical Services and Planning at the Ministry of Commerce, Nasser Al Mutawa; Co-Founder of Coded Academy Ahmad Marafi; and former Minister of Education and Member of Parliament Ahmad Al-Mulaifi.
To supplement their sponsorship of the event, a team from Alghanim Industries will be present at the event’s career fair, answering queries about the company and the different career opportunities it provides, including internships, training and job openings.
