Alghanim Industries, one of the largest privately owned companies in the region, opened the 100^th Costa Coffee branch in Kuwait, its first drive-thru location, in Sabah Al-Salem area on 22 November 2020. The opening of this new flagship coffee shop, despite the challenges facing Kuwait’s food and beverage industry in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, is a testament to the determination of Alghanim Industries to continue its expansion plans in its partnership with Costa Coffee, the UK’s favorite coffee shop.

Ahead of the official opening, Sir Kutayba Y. Alghanim, Executive Chairman – Alghanim Industries toured the new store, accompanied by His Excellency Mr. Michael Davenport, British Ambassador to Kuwait. Commenting on opening the new location, Sir Kutayba Y. Alghanim noted that this milestone is in tandem with a track record of achievements that Alghanim Industries holds with their partners at Costa Coffee.

He noted: “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do at Alghanim Industries. This is an inherent value engrained within our culture, in our operations across all businesses sectors.
