Prior to joining Alghanim Industries, Samer was a Senior Associate in the Strategy & Organization practice at Arthur D. Little in Dubai, where he worked on assignments in the Telecom and Utilities industries as well as the private sector. Samer started his career in banking within the management development program at BLOM bank.

Samer’s career with Alghanim spans over 18 years, during which time he has held several leadership roles across Retail, Automotive, Food & Beverage, FMCG, and Supply Chain Management. He currently leads the Retail, Food & Beverage, Facilities, and the Supply Chain businesses as well as the company’s Customer Engagement & Analytics program.

Samer has an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. He is also a graduate of the High Performance Leadership program from IMD Business School, Switzerland.
