KIMMCO organized recently the KAIZEN week to increase safety awareness among employees working at the KIMMCO plant. A tool called PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) has been introduced and explained into details to the audience. The purpose of celebrating the KAIZEN week was to ensure a new beginning as far as safe practices are concerned inside the plant. KAIZEN helps develop conditions which are more work friendly and gives higher productivity and increases efficiency levels. 22 Town Hall Meetings were conducted in the plant mobilizing 206 employees and 10 speakers from various functions: Hannes Visagie - Group General Manager, Bechir Dardour - General Manager, Jamal Abu Saleh - Plant Manager, Dante Calapatia - S.H.E. Manager, Fudda Al Masaeed - HR Manager.
