In a special dinner event organized by Kuwait Contractors, Abdul-Aziz Al-Kulaib, the Under Secretary of the Kuwait Ministry of Public Works rewarded KIMMCO for their efforts and held extensive talks with Alain R. David, Group General Manager for KIMMCO, on the benefits of insulation in the construction industry.

During the event, which took place at SAS Radisson Hotel on 13th November 2008, the Under Secretary awarded trophy for KIMMCO’s participation and contribution to the industry. Additionally, he exchanged views with Alain R. David, on the construction sector in Kuwait, the thermal and acoustic benefits of KIMMCO insulation solutions and eventually coincided on the necessity to encourage comfort living and energy savings through insulation materials.

As a result of the evening, the Under Secretary then discussed opportunity to share the interest with other parties and raised the possibility of holding further meetings in a near future between KIMMCO and the Ministry of Energy and Water to discuss energy saving issues.
