We feel that the best way to achieve this is to build strong consultative partnerships around the world. These partnerships will, by their very definition, be based on close two-way relationships, involving regular and candid communication, along with shared values and high levels of professionalism. How do we select our partners?
Whether it’s business schools or recruitment agencies, Alghanim has always looked for a connection in terms of similar cultures and values when it comes to selecting partners. An understanding of our culture and strategies is also a key component to building a strong foundation to the relationship. We are associated with credible partners who are subject matter experts in their region. Our interaction is designed to nurture long-term partnerships with external recruiters who have the opportunity and time to understand our businesses in depth and who can provide a proactive, consultative service to our recruitment function. It is fair to assume that a partner agency works on the more 'challenging to fill positions' that arise in our company. How do our partnerships work?
We issue new roles to the agency partners we feel are best placed to help us find the talent we need. 'Time to recruit' is an important metric for us and we ensure that we allocate roles in a timely fashion. This system means that partners do not have to chase us for new roles, as these roles are allocated once they become live. We understand the pressures and challenges that agencies face to succeed in a difficult and competitive candidate marketplace. To support our recruitment partners, we commit to: - Providing up-to-date job profiles and person specifications
- Conducting role briefings
- Agreeing on a process for recruitment
- Providing timely feedback on all candidates submitted
- Updating you on our strategies and business focus
We expect that all candidates we receive have been interviewed by our partners prior to submittal, and that the partner is in possession of all relevant details about the candidate. During a live role, we are available as much as possible, to continuously discuss the role to ensure that the consultative approach gets the best results. We do ask, however, that our partners appreciate that this approach limits the time available for calls during periods when they are not actively working a role with us. Be our partner
The Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) is reviewed annually, and is contingent on agreed terms and conditions being signed and held at Alghanim. When necessary, we add to the PSL during the year. If you wish to be considered as a recruitment partner for Alghanim Industries, please fill out the information form and we will get in touch with you. |
