The Consumer Engineering Group is the leading Central Air Conditioner (CAC) sales, marketing, and execution solution provider for the residential market in Kuwait. Recently, the group diversified its operations to include elevators and residential products (RP).

Our business is divided into four main categories:

• Central Air Conditioning (CAC): This is our core business. We do sales, marketing, design, and installation of Hitachi central air conditioning systems. We have been present in the Kuwaiti market since 1972. In the 21st century, we confirmed our market leadership position and we keep growing our lead.
   
• Maintenance and Service: The operation started as a support to the CAC sales and marketing, but soon became a profit center of its own offering service to all air conditioning brands in the market.
   
• Elevators: We do sales, marketing, installation, and maintenance of our own brand of elevators, ALGO. This is a new business that we started in 2006. Building on our strength in CAC and our reputation as a leading group of companies in Kuwait, we are aiming at becoming the market leader in the residential elevator market in Kuwait.
   
• Residential Products (RP): We do sales and marketing of RP. This is a new line of business started in 2005. The line offers lighting fixtures, smart home systems, Key Telephone Systems (KTS), security systems, and fire alarm systems.
   

To ensure quality and guarantee superior customer experience, we created the group’s own support facilities and functions (Workshop, Stores, Purchasing, and Marketing) to provide support to our sales, installation and maintenance teams and ensure that all our commitments are fulfilled to utmost customer satisfaction.
