Our management graduates join the company either as full-time employees or under the ‘Young Leaders of Tomorrow’ program (YLT). The YLT program is one of the few development programs in the Middle East that is completely focused on building a pipeline of young leaders within organizations.
The YLT is a six-month development program open to new graduates who have demonstrated excellence and leadership potential throughout the selection and assessment process. The program provides a great opportunity for Alghanim to support the development of their employees by creating career paths and implementing personal development plans for their ‘Young Leaders of Tomorrow’. On completing the YLT program, graduates secure full-time permanent positions in the organization. Applications for the program open in May/June each year.
