Waleed leads the Legal department and is responsible for all the legal affairs of Alghanim Industries, worldwide.

Prior to joining Alghanim Industries, Waleed was an Associate General Counsel of Ziff Davis Media Inc., New York City and was also an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, New York City.

Waleed received his degree in law (Juris Doctor) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego.
